Bookings
You can book online through our secure scheduling system or call our Las Vegas clinic directly. A credit card may be required to reserve your spot.
We recommend booking ahead to ensure availability, but walk-ins are welcome when our schedule allows.
Yes! Our team can help you combine services — such as a facial and IV therapy — for the ultimate self-care experience.
Cancellations & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee or a forfeited deposit.
You can reschedule online, by phone, or by replying to your confirmation text or email.
Treatment Preparation
Avoid active products (like retinol, AHAs, or BHAs) 3–5 days before your appointment. Arrive with clean skin, free of makeup or sunscreen.
Stay well-hydrated and eat a light meal beforehand. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
Some treatments are not recommended. Please inform our staff so we can adjust your plan safely.
Aftercare & Results
Most clients notice improvement immediately, with continued results over several days as the skin heals and regenerates.
Mild redness or sensitivity can occur after advanced treatments, but this typically resolves within 24–48 hours.
We use and recommend Alastin Skincare and other medical-grade lines to support healing and enhance results.
Memberships
Each membership includes monthly treatments, member-exclusive pricing, and special perks. Unused services can roll over for up to 1–3 months, depending on your plan.
Yes. Memberships can be canceled with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
Memberships are non-transferable and intended for individual use.
IV Therapy Safety
All IV therapies are performed or supervised by licensed medical professionals, including RNs and NPs.
Yes. Our IV formulations use medical-grade ingredients and are administered following strict safety protocols.
Depending on your health goals, IV drips can be safely received weekly or as recommended by your provider.
